If you are unable to login, our goal is to restore access
to your account a soon as possible. Here are some possible
reasons:
After five (5) unsuccessful attempts to access your Home
Banking Account the account will be locked for security
reasons. This is for your protection in the event that an
unauthorized person is attempting to access your account.
You may have your account reset in order to allow access
once again. Please contact
us in order to reset your account.
If you have not used you Home Banking Account for ninety
(90) days the account will be closed. If this is your situation,
then your login information will be the same as if you are
a first time user. The password will be the last four digits
of you social, or if you use PAL, the password will be the
pin number you use to access PAL. If you are still unable
to access Home Banking please contact
us and we will reset your account.
