Ever worry that you’re not getting the best rate possible on your mortgage loan? Is that finger hesitant to pull the trigger because you just need a little more time to shop? Leaders Mortgage Services removes that worry with our Guaranteed Best Loan Pricing. You can finance with confidence knowing that when you commit to us, we will commit to you as well. If you find a better deal, we’ll beat it.

Pricing consists of the interest rate and points plus lender fees, which are typically listed in the 800 series of a HUD-1 settlement statement. You must provide a system-generated Good Faith Estimate provided by a licensed lender, listing that specific lender’s name, that is dated within 1 business day as the pricing quoted by us. If such Good Faith Estimate indicates an equivalent or lower pricing for the same loan program that is offered by us and we have verified the accuracy of the other lender’s pricing then we will have the option of beating that lender’s pricing by $250 or paying you $1,000. If we choose to pay you $1,000, then such payment is conditioned on you closing the loan with the specific lender with whom we have compared pricing and provided us with a copy of the signed Note and Final HUD-1 Settlement Statement. This guarantee only applies to conventional purchase or refinance mortgages on your primary residence.
