This account offers the flexibility of no minimum opening balance requirement and no minimum to earn dividends. Maintaining a minimum balance is unnecessary to avoid service charges. Interest accrual extends up to a maximum of five million dollars.

2. - Limited to three transfers or withdrawals. If these limitations are exceeded the account will be subject to a service charge for each withdrawal or transfer over the limit.

3. - 3.00% APY applies to 12 - 60 Month Term Share Certificates.
