Can I open a checking account online?: Yes. New and existing Leaders Credit Union members can open a new checking account online in just a few minutes.

Is there a minimum deposit to open a checking account?: No. There is no minimum deposit to open a checking account. If you are a new member, you will need to pay the $25 membership fee and deposit $10 into your membership savings.

Can I deposit checks with my phone?

Yes, our mobile app is available to all members for quick deposits. Simply open the mobile app and follow these steps:

Tap the “Deposit Checks” icon on the home screen.
Add the amount of your check and choose your account to deposit it.
Endorse your check according to the in-app instructions.
Take pictures of the front and back of your check.
Wait for confirmation that your deposit has been completed.
Securely store or shred your check.

How can I stop a charge on my debit card?: For recurring charges, you should contact the vendor to make alternative payment arrangements. Once a transaction is approved and pending, we cannot reverse it. Keep in mind that canceling your card and getting a new one may not stop recurring charges.
