Frequently Asked Questions About Our Mobile App

To deposit a check on the mobile app, follow these steps:

 

  • Log in to Mobile Banking.
  • Tap on the "Deposit Checks" banner on the home screen of our app.
  • Add the amount of your check and the location where you'd like to make a deposit.
  • Take a picture of the front and back of your check. Our app will provide instructions on how to endorse your check and capture a proper image.
  • Deposit your check and wait for a confirmation email to notify you that your funds have been deposited. Securely store or shred your check.

Access your accounts anytime with Mobile Banking

Download the Leaders Credit Union mobile app in just minutes on the App Store, or via Google Play to get started, then follow the prompts to get set up in the application.

To register for our Mobile App you will need your membership number and PIN, which are provided when you first open your Leaders account. If you have lost this information, please call us at 731.664.1784 or visit one of our branches.

When you sign up for our Mobile App you will create your own username and password. It is your responsibility to remember the username and password.



If you have forgotten your password, then you need to select the "Recover Credentials" option and follow the directions in your email to create a new password.

Depending on the amount you are trying to deposit, fund availability time may differ.
Typically your mobile deposit is processed the same day it is submitted. If for some reason your funds are being held for longer than one full business day, refer to our Availability of Funds Disclosure.

The following checks may be declined for mobile deposit:

 

  • Checks that have been altered beyond a signature endorsement
  • Cashier's checks and money orders
  • Checks partially filled out
  • Checks that are payable to joint account owners
  • Money orders or MoneyGrams
